Coco coir is a sustainable alternative to peat moss and has some excellent properties as a growing medium. These coconut coir pots are a great alternative to comparable peat based plantable containers. The fibrous coconut coir provides the ideal balance of moisture and aeration in the root zone and it’s sturdier than peat pots. We love using these containers for up-potting seedlings and clones before they go into their final container or garden bed.
