Description
The Cuddly Cactus gets its name due to the absence of spine clusters, making it a safe option to keep around pets and children. Like most cacti, the evergreen Cereus cactus is drought-tolerant and loves sun.
As a unique cultivated variety, the Cuddly Cactus may occasionally “revert” to its original parent genes by growing new arms with prickly spines. If you notice any sharp new growth, you can simply prune those sections off to ensure your cactus stays cuddly as it continues to grow.
Note: Our cacti aren’t cuttings—they’re fully rooted plants! This means they’re already established and ready to thrive in their new home. Succulents naturally have shallow roots, so don’t be surprised if that’s what you see, it’s a completely natural trait!
