Nutscene is based in Scotland and began in 1922. They still manufacture twines using traditional methods and original machinery. Crafted with ethically sourced, biodegradable materials, from sustainable crops. Jute in particular is an environmentally beneficial crop: rain fed, fast growing , will grow on wastelands, improves the soil for future crops, and it also reduces CO2.

With a beautiful array of colors, you’ll find yourself using your spools of twine in multiple applications!

394′ of twine, wound into a spool where you pull from the center so that it will not tangle. This twine fits well inside our previous “twine in a can” product container.
