Description
About– A potted favorite, Junior (Dwarf) multi-blossoming sunflower forms ornamental rosettes of leaves before flowering. When they burst into bloom, the cheerful, bright yellow, 4-5″ flower heads smile atop branching stalks just 2 feet tall. Pollen Free.
When and Where to Plant– Direct sow in the spring after the threat of frost has passed. Prefers well draining soils and full sun. Plant every couple of weeks for continuous blooms.
Care and Harvest– Keep soil moist, but do not over water. Harvest when the first color of the petals appear and remove foliage for longer vase life.
