Alocasia “Black Velvet” (Alocasia reginula)

Description

Light Requirements: This Alocasia prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate medium to low light conditions.

Watering: Allow the top two inches of soil to dry out between waterings. This plant is prone to root rot, so pot/soil must have good drainage.

Notes:

• This plant likes above-average humidity, so be sure to mist every day or so.
• This plant is very toxic to cats and dogs (and humans!) when ingested
