Description
Capsicum annuum
ORGANIC. Gochugaru is named for the classic Korean sweet and spicy chili flakes that are traditionally made from it. Plants produce high yields of narrow, 4-inch-long peppers that ripen to a brilliant red. These peppers are ideal for drying and making into chili flakes and powder, adding to spicy kimchi, or making gochujang, the umami-rich fermented chili paste that has long played an important role in Korean cuisine and is just now catching on in the US.
0.5 gram packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
