HEIRLOOM. Just like the name says, this old variety of heirloom tomato comes from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. A perfect beefsteak tomato growing pink fruits weighing over a pound. Large fruits make a great tomato slice for a sandwich or salsa recipe. Blue Ridge Mountain tomato has a nice balance of sweetness and acidity.
