Red skin with red flesh. Terra Rosa was released in 2012 by the Tri State Breading Program between, Washington, Idaho and Oregon. These potatoes are know to have good yields and little to no defects. Keeps red flesh color after cooking.
Produces a medium sized, long shaped tubers. Mid-Late season (80-100 days).
