TrolMaster (WCS-2) Water Content Sensor – Real-Time Monitoring of Moisture, Temperature, and EC
Achieve next-level control of your grow media with the TrolMaster WCS-2 Water Content Sensor, a precision tool designed for real-time measurement of water content (%), temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC) in soil, rockwool, or other substrates. This smart sensor integrates seamlessly with TrolMaster’s Aqua-X, Aqua-X Pro, and Hydro-X Pro control systems—giving you the data you need to dial in your irrigation strategy and boost plant performance.
The WCS-2 features a five-prong sensor probe connected to a compact LCD display module with an addressing button for system configuration. To use, simply insert the probe horizontally into your grow media (typically ⅓ of the way up from the bottom of the container or rockwool block). With the ability to monitor up to 50 sensors on NFS-2 and HCS-2 systems (or 8 on NFS-1), it’s the perfect solution for multi-zone grow facilities or precision grow rooms.
Using the TrolMaster TM+ App, you can track real-time readings, view historical data graphs, and receive mobile alerts when readings exceed custom alarm thresholds—ensuring you’re always in tune with your growing environment.
Note: The WCS-2 is compatible only with Aqua-X, Aqua-X Pro, and Hydro-X Pro systems.
