Description
About- Similar to purple kohlrabi, but with light green bulbs, this tasty variety has a mild flavor that is great eaten steamed or raw.
When and where to plant– Direct sow 4-6 weeks before the last frost in spring or indoors 6-8 weeks before the first frost for a fall crop. Grow in a well-draining soil in an area with full sun.
Care and Harvest– Lightly fertilize and keep watered. Harvest when the bulbs are 2-4 inches in diameter.
